Finland League Cup consists of 12 teams of Veikkausliga, which are divided into 4 groups for double round robin games. The best two teams in each group advance. If there is a tie within 90 minutes, a 30-minute extra time will be conducted with a penalty shoot-out followed if necessary. The games are all held in a neutral venue.
