Paolo Banchero and Wendell Carter Jr. had a rough first half. They combined for just six points on 3-of-13 shooting from the field, including missing all five of their three-point attempts. Their combined stat line also included six rebounds, three assists, two turnovers, and three fouls. Banchero finished the half at -16, while Carter Jr. was even worse at -21. In stark contrast, Nikola Jokic dominated with 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, and just one turnover, boasting a +21 plus/minus. This marks the second time this season I've observed Paolo Banchero, and his performance appears notably different from last season. While the second half could bring a turnaround, his current form raises questions. PaoloBanchero WendellCarterJr NikolaJokic NBA Basketball
