Serie A Mid-Season Reality Check

My pre-season Serie A predictions felt spot on this year, but I'm already eating my words halfway through the campaign. I envisioned a two-horse title race between Milan and Napoli. Instead, it's a four or even five-way battle, with Juventus now in the mix. I expected a disappointing season for Chivu's Inter, yet they are currently topping the league. Gasperini's time at Roma, which I thought would be an adaptation period, has seen them fighting for the title. I imagined Pioli's Fiorentina would be a surprise package, securing a fifth-place finish. That hasn't quite worked out as planned. Cremonese and Udinese, predicted to be fighting relegation at 16th/17th, are instead battling for a mid-table spot. Torino, which I thought would be a neutral mid-table team, is still fighting for comfortable safety. The rest of my predictions remain somewhat similar to reality. I'll wait until the end to see what I truly got right and wrong. SerieA Football Milan Napoli Juventus Inter Roma Fiorentina Cremonese Udinese Torino
